The work consists of demolishing existing well pumps and enclosure and constructing two pre-fabricated metal buildings (approx 29 ft by 11 ft and 30 ft by 11 ft) on existing concrete slabs to house well pumps (approx 11,600 linear ft of 6-inch diameter high pressure natural gas pipeline), a fire fighting water system consisting of three 60 ft tall by 14 ft diameter elevated water tanks, two well pumps and buildings, a self-contained factory-fabricated fire protection booster and jockey pump package with booster pump building and 8 and 16-inch diameter distribution pipelines.
