Both technical and price proposals must be submitted in order to be considered for award. Award will be made to the responsible firm that is deemed technically acceptable and that submits the lowest price. Go/No Go Source Selection Evaluation Criteria: Past Experience and Past Performance Record. The Contractor must have successfully completed at least three post-tensioning projects in excess of $1,000,000 within the past 7 years from the date this announcement is published in the CBD. The contract completion date is revised to 450 calendar days. The proposal closing date will be 30 calendar days from the date the RFP has been posted in EPS (http://eps.arnet.gov) and will be stated in the RFP.
