NCBC Gulfport intends to procure on a sole source basis, various quantities and parts, PARKER-HANNIFIN related machines, hoses and fittings. The determination to restrict competition to a single manufacture is based on Parker-Hannifin Equipment already being utilized on cite, and Parker- Hannifin's warranty is invalidated if other manufacturers' fittings are used on Parker-Hannifin Equipment. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by identifying themselves and giving written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. The final determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based on any information provided, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
