SOL 332495-99-A-0050 DUE 031899 POC CO -- HBurmeister, Frances El-Shahat (201) 714-5469 Indefinite Quantity Contract for Real Estate Appraisal Services includes but not limited to preparation of professional real estate appraisal services for various locations in the State of New York, counties of New York, Bronx, Kings, Queens, Richmond, Nasssau, Suffolk and upstate counties of Dutchess, Orange, Rockland Putnam, Ulster, Sullivan, Delaware, Westchester, Albany, Columbia, Greene, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Sullivan, Delaware, Westchester, Albany, Columbia, Greene, all counties which are located within the geographic area of the New York Facilities Service Office. This is an indefinite quantify contract for a term of one year with four one year renewal option periods. Work orders will be negotiated and issued as individual projects. Total work ordered under the subsequent contract shall ot exceed $200,000 for a twelve month period nor $50,000 per work order. The total amount for the five year period shall not exceed $500,000. Offerors must have a minimum of 5 years real estate appraisal experience and be licensed in the State in which the work is to be performed. They must have a minimum of Appraisers, (3) Full-time (2) personnel. A Technical and Price Proposal will be required. Participation of Minority owned business is a consideration in US Postal Service selections.
