The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for full-time operation of the Video Information Support Center (VISC) located at NAWCTSD, the U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM), the Public Safety Building (under construction in 2000), and any other Federal or State agency located in the University of Central Florida Research Park, Orlando, FL. Services to be provided include Visual Information Support Services (VISS) management, support photography, graphics, presentation services, library services, special studies, video teleconferencing, equipment maintenance, and operation of the Command's closed circuit television (CCTV), Satellite Learning Center, and major conference rooms. The resultant contract will contain an Organizational Conflict of Interest clause that will preclude the contractor from performing work for any of the agencies to be served under the contract, which includes NAWCTSD, the Army Material Command (AMC), STRICOM, the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS), the Coast Guard, and Florida state and local Governments located within the University of Central Florida Research Park, Orlando, FL. A single Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. The period of performance shall include one basic year commencing approximately 1 October 1999 with four one-year options. Some travel will be required. Contractor personnel shall be required to have a current Secret security clearance. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business (see Note 1). The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 4899 with a size standard of $11M.
