The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform Repairs, Renovations and Alterations for Miscellaneous Facilities and Buildings at Naval Weapons Station Earle Colts Neck, NJ. The Contractor shall furnish all labor supervision, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and quality control necessary to provide repairs and renovations. The work includes, but not limited to, interior and exterior painting, electrical, structural, plumbing and pipefitting, glazing, sheetmetal, insulation, concrete/cement, bricklaying, roofing, and potable water and sewage distribution systems and all incidental work. The standard industrial classification code for his procurement is 1541. The size standard is $17.0 million. This procurement is 100% Set-aside for Small Business. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. All work shall be completed in strict accordance with the specificaitons. IFB's will be issued on/about 04 March, 1999. Performance period will be one year commencing 30 days after notice of award. There will be two (2) twevle month option periods which maybe excerised by the Government. Total duration of contract shall not exceed 36 months. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
