small business set aside. Noun: Nozzle, Turbine, Airc, NSN:
2840-01-419-2224, IAW AMCOM's source controlled drawing 6038T37G07,
quantity: MIN 35 each/MAX100. Applicable to the T700 Turbine Engine.
FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX. The Government intends to issue an
Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Type Contract
with three consecutive ordering periods. Required delivery for the
first ordering period is 35 each. Required delivery with First Article
Testing is 35 each 540 DACA, first article test report due 498 DACA.
Required delivery without first article test is 35 each 510 DACA. This
procurement requires prequalification. All responsible small business
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1,
Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This
proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does
not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open
competition. Approved sources are: General Electric Company, Acft
Engines Business Group, 1000 Western Avenue, Lynn, MA 01910; Chromalloy
Precision Prods., 1505 Royal Pkwy, Euless, TX 60078; Samsung Aerospace
Ind LTD, 141 Samsung-Dong Kangnam-GU 14th F, Seoul 135716 Rep. Of
Korea. Only the approved source who has successfully completed the
required engineering test will be considered for award of this flight
safety part. The time required for approval of new supplies is such
that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new
source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to
compete for future solicitations IAW the instructions contained in
