FOB Destination to Texarkana, TX. The Government intends to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price Type Contract with three consecutive ordering periods. Required delivery for the first ordering period is 35 each. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 35 each 540 DACA, first article test report due 498 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 35 each 510 DACA. This procurement requires prequalification. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition.
