drydocking and repairs including but not limited to the following Base
Items: 1) Inspect Skeg Top Plate, 2) Inspect Bronze Sleeves in Various
Shaft Packing Areas, 3) Remove, Inspect, and Reinstall propulsion
Shafts, 4) Renew Water-Lubricated Shaft Bearings, 5) Remove and
Reinstall propellers, 6) Inspect and Repack MDE Exhaust Flapper Valves
and MDE Exhaust, 7) Overhaul, Renew and Test Valves, 8) Renew Grey
Water Piping, 9) Remove and Dispose of Diesel Fuel, 10) Clean and
Inspect Tanks, 11) Remove and Reinstall Rudders, 12) Overhaul
Stabilizing Fins, 13) Preserve Underwater Body, 14) Preserve Freeboard,
15) Preserve Aluminum Mast, 16) Provide Temporary Messing, 17) Provide
Temporary Berthing, 18) Provide Temporary Logistics, and 20) Routine

availability schedule will be 7 June 1999, for 42 calendar days. Vessel
is a 110 Foot "A" Class Patrol Boat. All reference documents are

A non-refundable charge of $100.00 is required in the form of a
certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for
requested drawings. All businesses, large and small, are encouraged to
submitbids for the subject requirements. Plans and specifications will
be issued on or after 3 March 1999. All responsible sources may submit
a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard.
