NO GFM/GFE available for contractor use. All bidders will be required to provide details demon- strating their abilities to perform the repair. Tech Order 5L6-3-65-3 and 5L6-3-66-3 apply. Government Furnished Material and End Item Transaction Report is required. This requirement is for contractual coverage of the depot repair line during workload transfer from Kelly AFB to gaining Gov't facilities. Firm Fixed Price type proposal is preferred.
