the following projects: Project No. 802CM3016, Drainage/Roads,
Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Avenue, Baltimore, MD.
Project includes, but is not limited to: Investigation and preparation
of written recommendations for correcting drainage in Burial Sections
G, K and O, and to conduct further investigation/provide
recommendations for repair of cemetery roads (all roads to be sealed);
and locate and design two (2) storage bins 10' x 30'. Bins require
manually operated steel covers. Project No 816CM3004, Drainage
correction, at Loudon Park National Cemetery, 3445 Frederick Avenue,
Baltimore, Md. Project includes correcting burial section drainage;
correct water pressure and demolish utility building, flammable liquids
shed and associated concrete pavement; and relocate controls for
flagpole lighting. The A/E team should include the disciplines
necessary to do this type of work. Applicants must have an established
working office within 50 miles of Baltimore National Cemetery of
sufficient size and experience to accomplish the project. Interested
small business firms desiring consideration are encourage to submit
Standard Forms 254 and 255, as well as up to ten examples of past
projects of this type, to the issuing office within thirty calendar
days from date of appearance of this announcement. Selection will be
based on the following criteria: 1) Experience of the firm and
individuals in this type and scale of work; 2) Location of the firm
within the specified geographic area; and 3) Previous experience with
proposed subconsultants in accomplishing this type of work. A/E shall
have demonstrative experience in Geo Tech and Civil Engineering for
both projects. Site visits for familiarization purposes are by

To be considered a small business, the individual's or concern's
average annual gross receipts for the three preceding years may not
