The Navy Personnel Command desires to hold Family Advocacy Program-new Parent Support Program Training for Approxiamtely 81 participants on 3-4 March 1999, immediately following the Healthy Families American Conference (28 February-2 March 1999). The subject vendor is the only known source capable of meeting the following requirements: (1) Must have lodging available for 81 persons during the period of 27 February through 4 March 1999. (2) Lodging rates must be less than the amount specified in the Joint Travel Regulations ($1.20). (3) The conference space must be convenient to the Chicago Hyatt Regency which is hosting the Healthy Families American Conference. (4) The conference space must have meeting rooms available on 3 March 1999, between the hours of 0800 -- 1630, and 4 March 1999 between the hours of 0800-1200, (5) The conference location must be convenient to the airport.
