Approximately 7.5 by 4.5 by .75 FORM/FIT/FUNCTION: These Circuit Card
Assemblies are relay/solenoid drivers. A8 and A9 provide the CPU bus
interface for the relay/solenoid driver signals. Circuit Card
Assemblies are electrostatic discharge sensitive (ESD) PREDOMINANT
MATERIAL OF MANUFACTURE: Fiberglass, capacitors, resistors, inductors,
transistors, chips (micro-circuit drivers) and connectors. An
Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or
potential offerors during the proposal development phase of an
acquisition. The Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the
program director or Contracting Officer, but communicates Contractor
concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate
Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain
strict confidentially as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman
does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source
