The Officer in Charge requires The Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to pressure test the Petroleum, Oil and Lubricant lines (POL) and the loading arms for various locations within a fifty (50) mile radius of the Navy Public Works Center, Norfolk, Virginia. These locations include, but are not limited to The Coast Guard Station at Yorktown, Virginia; Craney Island, Portsmouth, Virginia; and areas at the Little Creek Amphibious Base and Norfolk Naval Station. Work includes performing preventive maintenance for the loading arms and indefinite quantity work items of maintenance, repair and minor construction designated by the Contracting Officer. This solicitation is for a base period of twelve months with option periods available for up to an additional forty-eight (48) months, not to exceed sixty (60) months. Options may be exercised for less than twelve (12) months at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. This procurement is a combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity type contract and is 100% set aside for small business firms.
