The text of the synopsis is modified as follows: The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida, has a requirement for pagers and related unlimited airtime service. The Government intends to rent 485 digital alphanumeric pagers, black in color, with associated 24-hour, seven days per week service. Two one-year option periods are included. The services required include but are not limited to: group call capability for 50 local service pagers, nationwide service for 10 pagers, 'guaranteed paging' service for 25 local service pagers, local service coverage for the remaining 400 pagers (local service defined as a 100-mile radius centered on Jacksonville, Florida, to include the counties of Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau in Florida, and Camden County Georgia) and full maintenance and labor warranty. The actual airtime service must be provided directly by the contractor and not purchased for resell through another firm. A local or regional provider representative is required.
