Specifications shall be as follows: Line 0001 -- YRN0014, Yarn, 100% Cotton, Natural, 7/2, 2-Ply, Guaranteed Minimum: 35,000 Lbs, Line 0002 -- YRN0015, Yarn, 100% Cotton, Natural, 4.5/1, Natural, KPOE, No wax, Line 0003 -- YRN0020, 100% Cotton, Natural, 9.5/1, KPOE. The Guaranteed Minimum amount is 35,000 Lbs for Line Items 0001-0003. The Guaranteed Maximum Amount is 250,000 Lbs for Line Items 0001 & 0002, and 1,680,000 Lbs for Line Item 0003. Delivery is FOB Destination USP Terre Haute, IN. Delivery acceptance is 30 Days after receipt of each delivery order. This requirement is domestic only. The award will be based on the best value to the Government. The Evaluation Factors are: Price, Past Performance, and Specifications.
