This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is RQ-1200-99-007, this is a REQUEST FOR QUOTES. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-06. Standard Industrial Classification Code: 3823 applies. *Provide your written offer for: Providing and installing SCADA system to control water levels for 2 water systems and 1 wastewater system at Great Sand Dunes Natl Monument, Colorado. System includes two 50,000 gal storage tanks, two local and two remote pumps, one lift station/sewage system within 2 mile radius. Provide and install two submersible pressure gauges, all necessary switches, relays, and indicators for pump control system. Install 915 MHz spread spectrum radio system including radios, antennae and power supplies, connect to remote pumps, lift station and base station. Provide, install and program master and slave RTU's for remote pump control and to communicate with base station. Connect base station radio to furnished dedicated PC. Install software to log and display status of remote stations and to control remote stations. Lift station requires RTU, relays, switches and indicators in NEMA4 enclosure. All equipment must be compatible with existing controls. Park personnel are to be trained initially in use, maintenance and programming of system with technical support readily available on site as needed. In addition to warranty of materials, state terms for acquiring service, maintenance and software upgrades, as well as emergency response to system failures. The Natl Park Service will provide materials and install all conduit between location of controller enclosures, power sources, and equipment being monitored and controlled,provide AC power to the enclosures for new control system, and install antennae mounting masts at all facilities and provide bulkhead penetrations for the RF cables. A complete description of what is being offered should be submitted with price quote. A Standard Manufacturer Warranty is Required.
