The contractor will make services available on an as-need basis. The services to be provided include: intake counseling, referral, follow-up and crisis counseling on virtually any type of personal problem. Services will be provided either in person or by toll free telephone at the employee's option. Supervisory training, employee orientation, supervisory/management consultation, critical incident debriefing and statistical data collection and reporting to Defense Distribution Center Employee Assistance Program are required. The contract period will be for one year with four (4) option years. NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.
