Vendor is a Certified Pedorthist providing pedorthic services for patients with diabetes and is uniquely qualified in using CAD/CAM Systems for custom inserts. Vendor has worked extensively with the clinical trial team and patients on all footwear issues for the past 2 years. Initial procurement will be for base year with Option to Renew provisions for two (2) additional one-year periods. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. All proposals received within 10 days of the date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination based upon responses to this notice is solelywithin the discretion of the Government.
