This will include the rationalization/consolidation of government directed credit and loan guarantee programs, and advocacy work for the enactment or passage of law/regulations to support this objective. USAID/Philippines does not intend to compete the follow-on work because it believes awarding to another contractor will result in substantial additional costs and in unacceptable delays.
