The Operational Contracting Office of Hanscom Air Force Base, MA intends to award a sole source contract to ThermoAnalytics of Calumet, Michigan. The effort will be performed through the end of 12/31/99 and will include integration, coding, and phone support work. Vendor need not be on-site, except for special consultations. The selected vendor developed TCM2 and WinTherm software and manuals are not complete. The application measures the impact of weather on navigation systems. The government intends to award a purchase order under SAP, Far Part 13. ThermoAnalytics is the only firm which is considered to meet this unique capability. If any firm believes it can be responsive to this requirement, it should submit its qualifications and capabilities to the Operational Contracting Office no later than 22 March 1999.
