Robson, Procurement Assistant 509-826-3392 Rock Crushing and Stockpiling Services- Colville National Forest requires rock crushing and stockpiling services at two Government owned rock pit locations on the Colville National Forest, Ferry and Pend Oreille counties, eastern Washington. Up to two (2) awards are contemplated. Contract will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity firm fixed priced contract that task orders may be placed for up to two years. Initial task order to be placed at time of contract award is 38,000 tons from Harvey Creek Pit and 13,000 tons from Snow Cap Pit. Performance time is 30 days, est. start May 15th to June 15, 1999. Harvey Creek pit is located by traveling on Hwy 2 from Spokane, WA. to Newport, Hyw 2 from Newport to Tigar, Hwy 31 to south of Ione, turn right on county road #9325 across the bridge to road #9345 toward Sullivan Lake to U.S. Forest road 1935, T38N-R44E Sec.30. Snow Cap Pit is located 100 miles on Hwy 395 to Boulder Deer Creek Road, 2 miles to US Forest road # 6100010 and then 2 miles, T38N-R36ESec.2. Blasting will be required to produce various grades required. Contractor must have valid Washington State blasters license.
