The US Army Communication-Electronics Command (CECOM) proposes to acquire up to an estimated 1,000 each Modification Kit, MK-2899, NSN: 5821-01-454-2029, Rockwell Collins P/N: 995-1402-001. This acquisition is expected to be a noncompetitive procurement from Rockwell Collins, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, IA 52498, as the Government does not possess the technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit function and testing requirements of the unit to be procured. A five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ), firm fixed price type contract is anticipated. Delivery will be 20 units 150 days after initial order and 20 units each month thereafter until completion; 20 units 60 days after each subsequent order and 20 units each month thereafter until completion.
