The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, transportation, equipment and professional expertise, which is not government provided to design, construct and deliver the exhibits. The exhibits will include interpretive panels with related text, art work, maps, graphics and photographs, interactive media and dioramas with taxidermy specimens . The delivery point is Laguna Atasoca National Wildlife Refuge, located near Rio Hondo, Texas 87583-0450. The solicitation is set-aside for small business. The SIC is 3993 with a size standard of 500 employees. Award will be made to the most responsive responsible contractor who provides the most advantages price in consideration of price, past performance and technical evaluation criteria. It estimated that the solicitation will be available by March 31, 1999. It is estimated that proposals will be due by May 3, 1999 and evaluation and award will be made by May 6, 1999.
