SUMMARY: The project consists essentially of performing preventative maintenance to hangar doors at Buildings 945, 715, 716, 714, 711, 706, 922, 914, 918 & 1301. Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, tools, supplies, equipment, material, labor and lift equipment to perform the following: lube top guide rollers, check open and close limits, grease bottom wheels, tighten cables on cable drive systems, grease cable shelves, tighten and adjust drive chains, lubricate drive chains and pillow blocks, lubricate all working mechanism on adjustable aperture doors. Submit full written report on hangar door conditions. This solicitation is a request for quotation and is set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns and will be issued to all interested SB firms who are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7699. All responsive offers will be considered by the agency.
