This is a combined synopsis/solication following FAR part 12 Commercial Item Buys, no bid packet will be issued. The minimum requirements for this contract is 1.) Vessel will be available from 07/15/99 through 09/01/99. 2.) BLM will have exclusive use of the vessel during this period. 3.) There will be prepared food and lodging for 6 surveyors. 4.) The vessel and crew will be in compliance with all Federal State, and Local rules and regulation. (A safety inspection may be preformed before award.) 5.) Provide daily transport to and from the mainland from the vessel and 6.) It may be up to 3 weeks between prot calls.
