51 -- WIRING SYSTEM REPAIR TOOL SET SOL N68335-99-Q-6326 DUE 042299 POC L. Paz, (732)323-4188 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, intends to procure V-22 Wiring System Repair Tool Sets and associated technical data. The required basic quantity is 4 each Tool Sets with an option for electronic final product drawings and associated lists. Each tool set is comprised of four (4) portable carrying cases that contain a total of approximately 200 tools. The tool set contains both military specification and commercial tools, some of which may be off the shelf, and some may need to be manufactured. The tools will rest in polyethylene, unicellular foam. The foam will be cut with Government furnished steel-ruled dies. The Wiring System Repair Tool Set has P/N 3329AS100-1 for which Level III engineering drawings are available via hard copy and aperture card formats. Delivery of the basic quantity will be NLT 180 days after contract award. The option requirement, if exercised, shall be delivered 90 days after the option is invoked. All Tool Sets will be shipped to Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Support Equipment Staging Area, Lakehurst, NJ and the contractor shall bear the cost of shipment.
