labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to
remove 8 double casement windows and replace with 8 double hung
windows. Remove approximately 28 square feet of a concrete patio and
replace with new, including joint sealer and expansion joints. Remove
4 electric heat pump units and install 4 new ones including indoor
air-handling unit, outdoor heat pump, associated controls, motors,
wiring, and thermostats. Disconnect and remove existing electric pole
and pole-mounted equipment and its associated wire and conduit. Provide
a new pole and main distribution panel with breakers. Re-route existing
outgoing feeders and connect to the respective new breakers. All work
to be performed at the U.S. Coast Guard Shore-Side Detachment (SSD)
