General functions to be performed by the Contractor are: Real property facility maintenance; Infrastructure systems operation and maintenance; Real Property and Installed Equipment (RPIE); Real Property Similar Equipment (RPSE) maintenance; Pavements/Grounds maintenance; Facility Management for unused/unoccupied facilities; Emergency and Back-up Generator maintenance and load testing; Maintain database system. 3. Estimated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or about 15 Jun 99. Site visit will be scheduled when solicitation is issued. 4.
