Small Business Development Center (SBDC) is pleased to host a new
seminar -- "How to Submit Winning Government Proposals." The seminar
will be held at the Temple SBDC, 1510 Cecil B. Moore Avenue, Rooms 201B
and 201D, Philadelphia, PA 19121 from 8:30 am -- 12:00 pm on Wednesday,
April 21, 1999. Admission to the seminar is $25/person and includes
continental breakfast and training materials. The federal government
spends nearly $200 billion a year on the procurement of goods and
services. Knowing how to prepare successful responses to government
proposals is critical to any organization. Join procurement experts
from Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley and Federal National Payables who
will teach various components of the procurement process such as: Pre
