B) Preparation of the soil and application of seed to the area behind Quarters 9 as specified. C) Installation of debris fencing as specified and as shown on the drawings. D) Replacement of the chain link fence east of Quarters 9 as specified and as shown on the drawings. E) Replacement of asphalt concrete curb on the east side of the Quarters 9 parking lot as specified and as shown on the drawings.
