Work to be performed will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct a new one story addition of approximately 568 m2 and remodel approximately 308 m2 of the existing clinic. Work includes site work, foundations, paving, utilities, electrical, mechanical, wood framing, windows, doors, insulation, roofing, interior finishing, fire sprinkler system, casework, and abatement. The plans and specifications use International System (SI) metric equivalent measurements. Project completion time is estimated to be 300 calendar days after notice to proceed. The estimated price for this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The proposed contract listed herein is set aside for 51% Indian-owned, controlled and operated firms under the authority of the Buy-Indian Act. In accordance with the Public Health Service Acquisition Regulation paragraph 380.503(e), not more than fifty (50) percent of the work to be performed under a prime contract awarded pursuant to the Buy-Indian Act shall be subcontracted to other than Indian-owned firms.
