(WTC) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-CSC-0105. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is being prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is for follow on work for general CMS administration, setup of test server "edm12", development of weblink based ECP form, install utility to load revision history, install utility to replace existing files with new images, installation of web base repots, develop weblink product structure and relationships, update and complete CMS/PDM documentation, automate data loading process for NPD, modify DB and TDPL report programs to allow dist. Stmt., develop method to control CMS permissions, install and configure GenView, install and configure MarkUp for PreView, evaluate most efficient migration to Product Center, Evaluate & recommend db design for Solidworks at Aberdeen Proving Ground MD. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
