Department of Energy seeks sources capable of providing a continuous 24-hour energy-related news monitoring service in the non-print media. Sources to be monitored include national television news programs, cable television news programming and national/Washington DC area radio news programs, including talk shows. The service requirements will include providing transcripts and/or video or audio tapes upon request. Delivery will be by FAX, Email or physical delivery, as required by the Department. Service will be required on an overnight basis except for subject areas defined as "urgent" which will have a 2-hour response time. Advance notification of programs of any type is desired when this information is available in advance. For both normal and urgent categories a list of key words and phrases will be provided.
