Seeking commercial sponsors for the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base 8th Annual Summer Bash. Summer Bash is an Air Force Materiel Command, command-wide celebration in recognition of the patrons of recreational programs on the bases. Wright-Patterson's event is tailored as a base picnic to show our appreciation for our customer's continuous support of our programs. The event consists of an afternoon of fun, entertainment and games. Our intent is for the event to be at a minimal cost to the participants. At our 1998 event, we feed a picnic lunch to nearly 5,000 employees of Wright-Patterson. Sponsorship opportunities exist in the form of in-kind products and services, financial support and donations. Specific requirements include food and beverages, entertainment, prizes and support materials. Sponsor benefits include company banner placement at the event, event participation through company displays and product sampling, and pre-event recognition in promotional materials. Print media exposure of sponsorsof this event has the potential of reaching Wright-Patterson's primary customer base of over 20,000 employees (both military and civilian) and our secondary customer base of nearly 114,000 family members and base retirees. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor may be accepted and additives will be considered.
