Contract period will be for a basic year with two (2) one year options. Services may include studies, concepts, schematics, design development and construction documents, cost estimates and construction period services. Total amount of contract shall not exceed $250,000. No single award shall exceed $25,000. A/E firms shall provide architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural and civil services for projects anticipated. One A/E firm will be selected with separate contracts negotiated for each project. No fees will be permitted by the selected A/E for individual proposal preparation and negotiation time. Award of project designs are dependent upon funding of the projects. Emphasis will be placed on previous hospital experience, retrofit/remodeling experience in a hospital setting, estimating capabilities of the team, and ability to meet time frame requirements. The offices of the firm doing the work shall be within a 100 mile radius of Fargo, ND. Firms shall submit appropriate data (SF 254/255).
