Laboratory has a requirement to design, analyze, develop and test one
(1) prototype Ka Band Traveling Wave Tube Power Amplifier system. Two
(2)Options are inclusive as follows: Option 1 -- additional 1 -- 10 Ka
Band Traveling Wave Tube Power Amplifier Systems; and Option 2 --
additional 1 -- 5 High Voltage Power Supplies. The required delivery is
as follows: Ka Band Traveling Wave Tube Power System Prototype is 360
days after award; Option 1 -- Thirty (30) days after exercise of option
for the first system for a total of 300 days for all ten systems, if
exercised; Option 2 -- 30 days after exercise of option for first power
supply for a total of 150 days for all five, if exercised. A complete
Statement of Work/Specification will be provided as part of the
solicitation package. The government contemplates awarding an
Indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a
minimum of $175,000 and a maximum of $2,075,000. Numbered Note 26
applies. NRL uses Electronic Commerce (EC) to issue RFPs and amendments
to RFPs. This solicitation and any amendments to it will be available
