Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contracts for Drilling Services, Sacramento District Military and Civil Works Boundaries, Sacramento, California. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. JOB DESCRIPTION: Up to two indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, firm, fixed-price type contracts will be awarded for a variety of drilling, backhoe, and standard penetrometer, cone penetrometer and other testing services for foundation explorations performed for civil and military design projects. The Military and Civil Works Boundaries include the states of California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and parts of Colorado. However, the work will primarily be located in central and northern California and the state of Nevada. The Sacramento District Office of the Corps of Engineers will be the locus point for the determination of the per diem and mobilization rates. Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and materials to perform the work. If more than one contract is awarded, selection for task order awards will be made as follows: Both awardees will be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each task order in excess of $2,500; In making selection of the awardee to receive a specific task order, the Contracting Officer will consider geographic location, work requirements, timeliness of deliverables, etc. SIC CODE: This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 8713. The size standard for this SIC code is: $2.5 Million. All responsible(Small Business) sources may submit a bid or proposal which will be considered by the agency. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The performance period for this procurement will be a Base Year and Two Option Years. The Option Years will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The Not to Exceed dollar amounts will be NTE $1,000,000.00 per year per contract. The minimum guaranteed amounts on each contract will be $20,000.00 for the Base Year and $10,000 for each option year, if the option years are exercised. ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
