The Navy has a requirement to purchase 1 each Prefab Armory to be built in accordance with Naval Surface Warfare Center drawing NSWC 3046-93-2 dated 24 October 1997. The armory is to be delivered FOB Destination to Norfolk, VA 23521 by July 21, 1999. This acquisition will be processed using simplified acquisition procedures and is reserved for small business sources only. The government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose quotation is the most advantageous to the government considering price and other factors. The offers will be evaluated on the following factors: Technical specification compliance, past performance, travel costs for government reps to install additional GFM after completion at contractors plant and price.
