The Government intends to procure a quantity of up to 19 each A-Kits, P/O the AN/AVS-7, for the CH-53E Aircraft. The A-Kit consists of the sensors, cabling and connectors needed to convey flight data from the aircraft to the Signal Data Converter of the AN/AVS-7 B-Kit. The Government does not have in its possession technical data to acquire these items from any other source. The most recent price paid for these supplies is $11,000per unit for 28 units in May 1996.
