The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for Real Estate Property Sales Closing Services on Single Family (1-4 unit) homes located in Hartford, Tolland, Windham and New London Counties in the State of Connecticut. The Offeror must demonstrate experience in Sales Closing of such properties. This will be a fixed price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of 200 closings and a maximum of 2000 closings for the base contract period of one (1) year with options to extend for two (2) additional one year periods. Offerors must have a valid license to perform closing services within the State of Connecticut. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.
