The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting proposals for Real Estate Property Sales Closing Services on Single Family (1-4 unit) homes located in Litchfield, Fairfield, New Haven and Middlesex Counties in the State of Connecticut. The Offeror must demonstrate experience in sales closings of such properties. This will be a fixed price indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of 200 closings and a maximum of 2000 closings for the base contract period of one (1) year with options to extend for two (2) additional one year periods. Offerors must have a valid license to perform closing services within the State of Connecticut. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 8111 and the size standard is $5.0 million. See Numbered Note 1. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 15 days from the date of this notice.
