participation for Joint Operations; Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV)
operations and training; Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance
systems; Multispectral exploitation and training; Remote Sensing;
Imagery Analysis; Intelligence operations; Virtual Reality Systems;
Signal exploitation; and surveillance activities support. Systems
supported include but are not limited to Imagery Systems, Exploitation
Systems, Display systems, Information Warfare (IW)/Command and Control
Warfare (C2W) Systems, Intelligence Systems, and Unmanned Aerial
Vehicle Systems and Payloads. The primary focus will be for analysis,
design, modeling, software/hardware development, integration,
test/evaluation, training and the prototype/limited production efforts
directed towards UAV systems and payload integration, intelligence
visualization, intelligence dissemination and intelligence sensors and
processing systems. The Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite
Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (IDIQ-CPFF) type of
contract for a base year plus two option years. Evaluation criteria
includes Past Performance and Experience. Oral Presentations will be
held. This acquisition will require fifteen or more contractor
employees with clearance at the Top Secret SCI level. The applicable
SIC Code is 8711 with a size standard of $20 Million in annual
receipts. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
considered by the agency in response to this solicitation. It is
anticipated that the solicitation will be available by 17 May 1999 on
the SPAWARSYCEN Charleston RFP web page address link below. It is the
responsibility of the interested parties to independently review this
