The period of performance is twelve months with four (4) option years for a total of five (5) years. The Government reserves the right not to exercise the option. The standard Industrial Code is 5812 and the size is 5.0 million. This requirement is unrestricted and is conducted consistent with the Department of Defense Directive 1125.3 and AFI 34-206, Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Federal Property implementing the Department of Education regulation which implements the Randolph Sheppard Act. The solicitation package will be posted on Electronic Posting System (EPS) which can be accessed at www.eps.gov the contractor is responsible for obtaining the solicitation and all amendment off the EPS Webb page. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package.
