E-MAIL: Gail Boger, gail.boger@bep.treas.gov. The Bureau of Engraving & Printing has a requirement for the dismantlement, removal, crating and delivery of a cylindrical grinder to Lorton, Virginia. BEP also requires that two (2) other cylindrical grinders be disconnected, moved and reconnected at its Washington, D.C. facility. The grinders weigh approximately 10,000 pounds each. The contractor will be required to make all ductwork modifications and electrical disconnects and connections. The Contractor shall also be required to remove all existing electrical conduit and ductwork not required by relocated equipment. Interested contractors are requested to call 202-874-2438 and leave a message giving the names of individuals and the company interested in attending a site visit. All contractors' names must be entered into the security system before attending the site visit. Drawings will be distributed and questions will be answered at the site visit.
