This solicitation for a Job Order Contract (JOC) which is for a broad range of facility maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property located at Fort Lee, Virginia. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with tasks being ordered on individual task orders. The contract period shall be for a one year period commencing approximately August 1999 with four one-year option periods. The task orders will include task in a variety of trades such as carpentry, road repairs, roofing, excavation, demolition, concrete, masonry and welding. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the assigned tasks. The contract shall have a minimum guarantee of $100,000.00 for the base year with a maximum per year not exceeding $5,000,000.00. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT.
