dispose of 8,000 tons of soil contaminated non-hazardous TRPH to a
Subtitle "D" Landfill. The soil will be removed from the North Fuel
Farm site at Cecil Field Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, FL. The
Subtitle "D" Landfill must be licensed per all applicable state,
federal and local requirements. The Government will provide all labor
and equipment to load trucks. Contractor will be required to work 12
hours a day, 7 days per week. Work to start on or about July 12, 1999
and will last approximately 3 weeks. This acuisition is issued as a
Small Business Set-Aside and the Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) is 8744. The Small Business Size is 500 employees. Solicitation
