Install and configure WS_ software to log into LDAD system and transfer CSV files. 4. Install and configure Launch Pad software to schedule LDAD/AFWS export and transfer operations. 5. Configure IFLOWS software to export 36 hour data in 15 minute CSV format for transfer to AFWS Internet servers. 6. Configure WS_ FTP software to log into AFWS Internet Systems at Frankfort DEM and Aye Net ISP to transfer 36 hour CSV files. 7. Install and configure Tardis Time an atomic clock synchronization program tokeep IFLOWS systems in NWS offices within 100 milliseconds of each other. 8. Install and configure Nova Net satellite system at Kentucky, Dept of Emergency Management in Frankfort, KY. To receive and transmit Internet protocol packets between computers systems at DEM and DIAD Incorporated in Lyons, CO.
