outpatient intake assessment and counseling services for substance
abuse treatment of male and female offenders held under various
statutes of the United States in the Olmsted County Jail, Minnesota and
in the surrounding counties of Fillmore, Winona, Dodge and Wabasha
counties of Minnesota. The period for services to be rendered is
October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. Services are requested for
six inmates. Services requested for each inmate are one intake
assessment, twelve individual counseling sessions of one-half hour
each, and 96 individual counseling sessions of one-half hour each.
Total services requested are six intake assessments, 72 individual
half-hour counseling sessions and 576 group half-hour counseling
sessions. All services shall be performed in accordance with the
Federal Bureau of Prisons Statement of Work, "Transitional Drug Abuse
Treatment(TDAT)(Non-Residential) Substance Abuse Treatment," dated May
1999. The estimated issuance date for the Request for Quotations(RFQ)
is June 1, 1999. The estimated closing date for receipt of quotes is
July 1, 1999. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which
shall be considered by this agency. All requests for RFQ200-040-9-NC
should be submitted in WRITING to: Elaine Peebles, Contract Specialist,
Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Corrections Contracting, 320 First
Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20534. All requests for this RFQ should
