The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is requesting quotations from vendors for Security Safety Parchment Paper, BEP Stock Number 1SP00407. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is RFQ-54-001. The total quantity is 500,000 sheets of 100% rag watermarked (Department of Justice Seal and the letters _USA_) deed gray security safety parchment paper, 25 x 21 inches, grain to run long way. The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR Parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. Delivery shall be made within thirty (30) days after receipt of purchase order. Delivery terms are F.O.B Destination to the BEP Loading Dock at _D_ Street, Between 13th and 14th Sts., S.W. Washington, D.C. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price and delivery. Sample sheets are available for review. Requests for a sample sheet should be e-mailedto Lorraine.wilson@bep.treas.gov. All interested parties are requested to submit a written quotation which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be made on a SF 1449 or on company letterhead.
