The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting bids for upright granite headstones covering the period October 1, 1999, through September 30, 2000 (base period), with two 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2002. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3281 and a size standard 500 employees applies to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. Requests for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mr. Joseph C. Kepple and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of Five Dollars ($5.00) (non-refundable) payable to "U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs." No telephone requests will be accepted.
